Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds Available Only if Meeting All of These Requirements:

  • The purchaser has not downloaded more than 10% of the course materials.
  • The purchaser has not viewed more than 10% of the streaming video content.
  • The purchaser has not claimed any CME credits for the course.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@ccme.org with your order information and reason for the request. Our team will review your account activity to confirm eligibility. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges / Course Credit

If you purchased the wrong course by mistake or would prefer to apply your payment toward a different CCME self-study program, we may offer a one-time exchange or course credit at our discretion.
