Self-Study Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy for Self-Study Products
At the Center for Medical Education (CCME), we are committed to providing high-quality educational resources. Because our self-study courses include immediate access to downloadable materials and streaming video content, we have established the following refund policy:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
Refunds Available Only if Meeting All of These Requirements:
- The purchaser has not downloaded course materials.
- The purchaser has not viewed or accessed the streaming video content.
- The purchaser has not claimed CME or CNE credit for the course.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@ccme.org with your order information and reason for the request. Our team will review your account activity to confirm eligibility. If approved, the refund, less the $50 cancellation fee, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges / Course Credit
If you purchased the wrong course by mistake or would prefer to apply your payment toward a different CCME self-study program, we may offer a one-time exchange or course credit at our discretion.
